Organic, Herb-Infused, Gourmet Chili Oil

8 oz. organic, spicy, herb-infused chili cooking oil. This oil is a smooth blend of organic sunflower and olive oil. On the culinary side, extra virgin olive oil, characterized by a high level of oleic acid, is one of the most widely used oils. In addition, sunflower oil is also high in oleic acid, but also rich in naturally occurring vitamin E. As an antioxidant, the presence of vitamin E helps inhibit oxidation. As with all sunflower oils, the virgin variety is low in saturated fat. Infused with chili, the oil becomes rich with folic acid and potassium.
